Our key client was looking for a partner to organize their annual sales conference. The international meeting of nearly 100 people was attended by leaders from 14 countries, so the destination was chosen to be easily accessible to all. In terms of accommodation, at the request of the client, we looked for a 4 or 5* hotel with the possibility of a private room for all participants.

In addition to the fun and relaxation, there was a strong emphasis on professional programmes, which required a conference room to accommodate the whole team, as well as smaller breakout rooms. The customer was not only looking for a partner for the tour operation tasks, but also expected a unique event identity and a complete communication package.

Solution

As the conference was primarily a working event, we wanted every moment of downtime to feel effortless and memorable. The schedule was designed so that even the little free time available offered a sense of escape and connection. One afternoon, we strolled to a nearby winery for a long, sunlit lunch among the vines; another evening, we crossed the shimmering Bay of Kotor by speedboat to enjoy dinner on its far shore.
Accommodation & Event venue
We chose the coast of Montenegro as the venue for the event. Our hotel ensured a highly successful few days with the professional support needed for a flawless conference. At the foot of the picturesque Bay of Kotor, with its own marina, guests could relax on the private beach or in the hotel’s wellness area after a long day of travel and work.
Business programs
The mornings were filled with workshops and lectures, for which the impeccable technical setup was of utmost importance. The joint plenary session was followed by small group workshops. The event was given its own branding, which was reflected in all online and offline event materials, in addition to the slides projected during the presentations.
Leisure activities
As the conference was predominantly a working event, the planning process was designed to ensure that the little free time they had was spent in a relaxed and enjoyable way. One lunchtime, we took a pleasant walk to a nearby winery for lunch, then took speed boats to dinner on the other side of the Bay of Kotor. We also took a catamaran tour to the most beautiful parts of the bay, and ended the last evening with an elegant gala dinner and awards ceremony on the terrace of our hotel.
