When the workshop leaves the meeting room

The team is served by a private railway carriage, which provides a private space for business meetings and a comfortable travel experience.

We dressed up, toasted with a glass of champagne at the bar, and then walked across to the Opera House to see The Nutcracker. There was no forced celebration or unnecessary travel – yet that is what made it complete. It was a simple yet memorable evening that brought the year to a fitting close.

A 120−person management conference and incentive retreat at the Ritz-Carlton brought together professional excellence and shared inspiration.

The experience was made complete by a private motorboat transfer, communal morning meditation, authentic Italian pizza, and, last but not least, the hotel's incredibly cool bar, which was already a popular venue for socializing when it opened in 1956.

The journey culminated in a pop-up farewell dinner inside a volcanic crater, co-created with a local artist. The centerpiece: organic goat slow-cooked overnight on a bed of embers, unearthed by guests themselves the next evening.

In addition to the annual conference, the gathering celebrated the 100th anniversary of the company, for which we created a comprehensive visual identity visible throughout the event.

Nothing unites a team like shared discovery, and Iceland offered a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that balanced focus with awe.

As the conference was primarily a working event, we wanted every moment of downtime to feel effortless and memorable. One afternoon, we strolled to a nearby winery for a long, sunlit lunch among the vines; another evening, we crossed the shimmering Bay of Kotor by speedboat to enjoy dinner on its far shore.
