Create a top management gathering that could combine strategic meetings, leadership evaluations and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing with a more rewarding and memorable incentive experience. The client wanted an environment where senior leaders could step out of their usual routines, connect more informally and spend meaningful time together.
Solution
We turned the programme into a self-guided luxury road trip across Andalusia, designed to create space for both strategic conversations and genuine connection. Participants travelled in rented luxury convertibles along a carefully planned route, with handpicked hotels, restaurants and experiences waiting at each stop. The journey combined formal leadership sessions with long scenic drives through some of Southern Spain’s most beautiful landscapes, allowing conversations and relationships to develop in a far more natural setting than a traditional meeting room ever could.
Accommodation
For the setting, we built the journey around the contrasts that make Andalusia so distinctive: passionate cities shaped by Moorish history, dramatic landscapes, Mediterranean coastlines and the slower rhythm of Southern Spain. At each stop along the route, participants stayed in carefully selected luxury properties and private mansions that offered both premium comfort and the intimacy needed for meaningful conversations.
