János Benjámin Vértes

Founder

Janó is a professional freeride skier and intrepid traveler. He’s been organizing ski camps and music festivals for the past 10 years. After a gap year traveling around Asia he decided to start a new travel design company to create unique travel experiences for like-minded people. He designs and tries all of the new journeys.

Fanni Pataricza

Co-founder

Fanni studied tourism management in Budapest. She is responsible for finding the cheapest flights and best accommodations worldwide for guests. She is the person you can contact with all of your questions. She prefers warm weather so you can meet her at our summer camps.

Matt Mackane

Tour Developer & Senior Tour Guide

Matt first rode a motorcycle at seven years old on his dad's million-acre sheep property in Australia. Since then he's been an actor, philosophy professor, and, in-between a novice Zen Buddhist monk in Kyoto. For the last 16 years, he has led tours & extreme wilderness hikes in over 12 countries. He believes that both motorcycles & travel are positive addictions

Levente joined the team with nearly a decade of experience in the marketing and advertising industry. In addition to being responsible for our high-quality photography and video content, we also rely on his expertise in project management and social media every day.

Business developer & Senior tour guide

Levi is a passionate mountaineer, motorcycle instructor and collector. Levi lived in Germany, Switzerland and Austria before moving back to Budapest. When he is not in the mountain or on the road, he works on various art projects, runs a motorcycle club and organizes different special events.

Csilla Bognar

Travel expert & Sales manager

With her go-getter attitude and years of experience in sales and marketing, Csilla is the perfect addition to our team. After living in Austria and Germany, Csilla decided to move to Portugal to make the most of the sun and the sea. She is our local now at the Ericeira World Surfing Reserve.

Panni Ruzsa

Event & marketing manager

Panni has always been the one who is telling others what to do, since kindergarten. In the last 10 years this quality of her became a profession as an event and project manager. She falls in love easily, no matter if it’s an exciting assignment or a random field trip. While traveling around the world from India to Canada, she has seen different cultures, met all kinds of people and became an avid traveler herself.

Alexa Kozák

Event manager & tour guide

Alexa wanted to be a surfer mermaid since she was a young lady. She loves nature, travelling, gastronomy and meet with new people from all over the world - enthusiastic about sports like all board sports, horse riding and yoga. She started to teaching bodyART/dynamic yoga 5 years ago. Now she is running a small poke bowl bar and organising events next to being our new super positive and full of energy tourguide!

Michał Wró

Senior Tour Guide

Micho is the most experienced tour leader in the GoBeyond team. He's a longtime tour leader, who has worked in more than 60 countries across 5 continents. There is literally no problem during a trip you can imagine that he hasn’t met and solved about a thousand times before.

Skorri Gislason

Tour Guide

Skorri has been an admirer of nature and grilling since his early childhood in Iceland. He has been living in Hungary for 10 years now and also speaks fluent Hungarian. He is always very happy to return to his home country so he can show us the most beautiful places and tell us the most interesting stories as a real insider.

Sarah Mona Szórath

Event manager & tour guide

A world-traveling yoga instructor who is familiar with the most unique accommodations and the best restaurants from Europe all the way to South America. Her passion is breath therapy and she is a big fan of different essential oils. Her calm and gentle attitude has a great impact on every event she leads, the passengers return from the trips with a real recharge experience.

Bart Kohl

Tour Guide

Bart grew up in South Tyrol and worked many years as Red Bull's sport marketing leader before he founded his own PR agency. He leads snow camps, kids camps and motorbike tours.
