Brief

The objective was to trigger out of the box strategic thinking and the planning of next year’s TV shows. The client was looking for an inspiring environment and outdoor activities to engage the colleagues in creative thinking.

 

Solution

The workshop took place in one of Iceland’s landmarks, the Harpa Conference Centre. The world famous building was designed by Ólafur Elíasson: its glass walls provide a unique view over the port of Reykjavík and the surrounding mountains. The setting was perfect for creative brainstorming and coming up with grand ideas for the next season.

The outdoor programs were based on the island’s natural wonders under the motto ‘Fire & Ice’: we organized a diversity of extreme activities ranging from a visit to the inside of an active volcano to a ride on a glacier in a monster truck.
