Leadership meeting in a private cabin in the Austrian Alps

Brief

Our client was looking for a venue where they could discuss business strategy in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere, yet still ensure a high level of comfort and privacy for all. He wanted a lasting shared experience without forced team-building sessions. The trip was attended by senior executives from the company who like active activities close to nature, preferably for participants of different physical abilities.

Solution

The biggest challenge was the private nature of the trip, the team set off for Saalbach Hinterglemm in Austria without a GoBeyond tour guide. During the preparation of the event, we put together a detailed itinerary, which allowed us to deliver the activities as planned without our personal presence. We were greatly assisted in this by a very high quality, customised private minibus, which not only transported the team to the venue, but was available for the entire trip.

Our exclusive accommodation near Zell am See and its beautiful surroundings included everything we love about an Alpine summer: lush green pastures, cloud-covered mountain peaks reaching for the sky, immaculate spas and cosy cabins. They started the day with yoga and a huge brunch, then went on an e-bike tour during the day and were scheduled to take a tandem paragliding trip back, but unfortunately the weather intervened. After a pleasantly exhausting active programme, massages and sauna sessions were provided for relaxation, and dinner was served by a private chef.
