The conference was an unconventional meeting of the company’s eastern and northern regions, and we were looking for a venue that was not yet on the radar of classic business events, but also offered exciting opportunities for after-work socialising and relaxation.
We invited the participants to Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, an exotic yet accessible location. The boutique hotel, which served as a temporary residence, lent an exciting new wave atmosphere to the event in the historic city. The premium hotel houses a number of restaurants and bars, so every meal and coffee break was organised in a different atmosphere. They also echoed the gastronomy of the participating countries, such as the pierogi served during Poland’s presentation.
One afternoon, we explored the hidden gems of Tbilisi, and ended the day with a traditional hammam experience. The next day, we set off on a jeep tour of the mountains around the capital, fulfilling a childhood dream for many, with participants driving the jeeps themselves. The excursion included a surprise picnic and a visit to Château Mukhrani, Georgia’s first royal palace, a French-style chateau and home to the country’s most famous winery.
